I’m Truong Bui director of TBMi, and founder.  My story started when I arrived in the States in 1993, when I was about 11 years old.  As I was growing up, having the American’s Dream was embedded in me, I don’t know how I can achieve it I just simply know I want it.  As life happened, I was not able to pursue the dream in higher education route, I went into working for a living.  Like everyone else I was laid off, didn’t know what to do.  One of my friends told me to get into the air conditioning industry, they make good money.  I heard the good money part, and I went into it.  I went to HVAC school at ATI career training, like everything else I put my heart and mind into the education.  My first small accomplishment was achieving Dean’s List with 4.0 GPA, that’s give me my passion into learning the business.  I knew for me to be successful I need to gained experience, so I became a service technician at Carrollton Air Conditioning.  That experience got me interested in getting Master CFESA certified.  After being certified in refrigeration I joined Refrigerated Specialist Inc.  Putting everything together I took my first big leap and opened T&K Air Services business.  It was such a great experience; business was booming but at the same time my partner and I didn’t see eye to eye.  We closed T&K but fortunately, with the experience I was hired as refrigeration manager for Dallas Cowboys stadium and at the same time I started a new venture TBMi.  As TBMi grows I made the decision to quit Dallas Cowboys.  TBMi is not just a company of HVAC and refrigeration, it is also a company of pride as we also give back to our Motherland and community.  TBMi founded B&L Foundation to do good for others.  I’m still working on my American’s Dream, but I know someday I will get there. 

My  journey started back in 1989, when I was about 11 on a small boat with my father in the wide open sea.  I was luck to survived and landed in Galang Indonesia Camp.  I lived on that island till 1995, when I was forced back to Vietnam.  In 2004 I was the lucky few that was against all odds to come to the States.  I was in San Diego and my professional career begin.  With no English I started at Micro Probe as a alignment tech.   After 2 years being probe alignment tech I have the opportunity to become a machinist at CNC Lathe with relocation to Texas.  Like many Vietnamese immigrate we all have the mindset to become our own boss.  That's why I started TL Home Remodeling company.  With a mindset to not just make money but to really help people, I was able to grow my company with success.  While being an owner I also went to work for Airtron Air Conditioning because as a remodeling company I like to learn everything I can in and out of all my clients’ needs.  Soon after learning about AC I fall in love with the work, I realized that Air Condition is not a luxury but an essential part of living.  With the opportunity of growing AC business, I venture into getting certified HVAC and become a contractor license.  In blessing one day I met Truong, we clicked.  The rest is history.  Now partner together in TBMi with our mindset to pass on our work to generation to come, we dedicated our TBMi to building not just a brand of great customer service, HVAC, and refrigeration.  We also believe the future is what we can be proud of with a little help today.  Lets continue to believe in our work today for a better tomorrow.

I’m Richard M Brite account manager for TBMi since 2023.  My past experiences in the workforce for over 40 years have been a phenomenon journey.  During my journey from when I just started in the workforce, I have achieved multiple levels of accomplishments.  From working at AVM as a shop foreman to building maintenance engineer at Trinity Interest, then to Hitachi Semiconductor as facilities operations technician.  I then joined Atmel Corporation as facilities operation manager, move on to Stmicroelectronics as a manager.  All that experience gave me an opportunity to become maintenance manager at AT&T Cowboys Stadium.  Throughout the years I have been with the Cowboys I have learn the art of preventive maintenance and how to foreseen what can happen to what will happen.  After retired with AT&T Cowboys Stadium, I have an opportunity to give my experience to TBMi.  Why TBMi?  I chose to work with TBMi mainly at first was not to be bored during retirement, but after working with the people at TBMi, it’s no longer to get away from boredom.  It’s more than a company to just service the residential and commercial but it’s also a company with a passion to do what’s right.   With the leadership of TBMi I have learned to offer what’s best for my clients, how to learn about my clients’ needs.  The mission to take care of the community and to do good for generations to come has given me the passions to work beyond the scope of works for clients’ satisfaction and accomplish the trust and loves of our community. 

First of all my name Ethan Bui.  As a first generation immigrate, coming to the states in 1987.    During my years in the US military it have taught me how to achieve what we want.  It's simple put your heart in to what we do and have a plan, achieving it is the easy part.

I  enjoy sing, reading, movies, eating and experience new things.  I been an instructor over 20 yrs in the sales industry.  Within that 20 yrs I have teach hundreds the art of sales.  I enjoy teaching and loves to see students makes life impacting changes with the education that I shared.  I’m also in the financial industry with over 8 yrs experience in the banking industry, helping my clients to achieve their financial goals.  I'm newly jointed TBMi in 2024, and because of the vision and mission of our leaders it have given me great honor to be a part of the company.  Within my specialty of account manager and training, I would like to dedicate it into building and growing TBMi.  I have learned that we have to work hard and passionate about we do to serve our clients, then success is only a matter of time.
